Obituary of Ira Dennis Weaver

Ira "Dennis" Weaver, 71, of Balsam, passed away Monday November 21, 2016, at John F. Keever Solace Center in Asheville. A native of Amory, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Ira Homer and Mary Moon Weaver. He was a groundskeeper at Springdale Country Club in Cruso, NC, but his passion was driving trucks, 18 wheelers. He is survived by 2 Sons-Randy (Wanda) Weaver, Ricky (Lori) Weaver 1 Daughter- Angela Wright of Theodore, Alabama 5 Grandsons- Jarrod, LaGage, Blake, Jonathan and Carson 2 Granddaughters- Jordan and Lydia 2 Great Grandsons- Jase and Noah 1 Great Granddaughter- Bristol And one on the way. 2 Sisters- Nany Beam and Peggy Harrison both of Florida And a special thanks to his best friend and loving caregiver Jean Weaver A Memorial Service will be held 4:30 pm Wednesday November 23 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev. Tim Pressley officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 pm Wednesday prior to the Service at the Funeral Home. .
