Obituary of Harrell Owen

Harrell Owen age 73 of the Little Canada Community passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017. He is the son of the late Wayne and Mary Jane Owen. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Ronda (Rogers) Owen. He was an avid outdoors man and loved to build furniture in his workshop and play his guitar. In addition to his wife is survived by two daughters Keitha (Scott) Parton and Jill (Michael) Bailey; eight grandchildren Tashina (Jason) Warren, Matishia (Matthew) Taylor, Tia (Jesse) Agoo, Jessica (Cory) Williams, Garrett Bailey, Tavares Parton, Dillon and Lee Parton; four great grandchildren Jesse Agoo, Caitlynn Taylor, Aliyah Agoo and Hannah Agoo; he is also survived by five sisters and three brothers. He was preceeded in death by two brothers and one sister. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, July 30, 2017 at God's Way Fellowship at 2:30pm with Rev. David Perry and Rev. Keith Owen officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30pm at the church. Burial will follow the service at Charley's Creek Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garrett Bailey, Jason Warren, Travis Rogers, Jesse Agoo, Matthew Taylor and Michael Bailey. Honorary pallbearers will be Little Jesse Agoo, Tavares, Dillon and Lee Parton.
