Our thoughts and prayers go to Lisa's family and friends. Lisa was such a kind person and I always enjoyed being around her. I loved her laugh and I loved our many discussions on many things. She will be missed but it is Heaven's gain ! God Bless !

Family of Lisa:
I was so shocked and sad to hear of Lisa’s passing. I worked with her for several years at Smoky. She was a friend and mentor. I traveled for weeks at a time and worked on several projects with her. During each of these she talked about her family and how important each of you were to her. A few antique stops along the way to look at items for her and Trish when you moved into the new house. Please know how much she loved each of you and what a blessing she was to many of us who had the privilege of meeting and working with her.

I was the first finance officer of Smoky Mountain Center when it began operations in 1972 and Lisa was the last to hold that position. She and I worked together frequently when I went on to be an accountant for the state who monitored local programs. Lisa grew up in the same region of Eastern Kentucky where my wife did and we often talked about the area.. She will be missed by all of those who knew her.
