Obituary of Shannon Rae Marsden

Shannon Rae Marsden, 28, of Sylva, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Saturday November 4, 2017. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Shannon moved to Cashiers in 2003 with her family and upon graduating from Southwestern Community College she made Sylva her home. She was an artist who loved people and music and impacted anybody who came into her life. She is survived by her parents; Tom and Sherry Marsden And her brother Ian Marsden She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday November 8 at 265 Quail Ridge Rd in Cashiers, NC. A Celebration of Shannon's life will be held Friday evening November 10 at No Name Sports Pub in Sylva. .
