Obituary of William Clemens Reilly

Dr. Willian Clemens Reilly, D.D.S., 79, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 at his home in Cashiers, NC. Dr. Reilly was born on June 26, 1938 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marion Reilly, brother, Dr. Richard Reilly, and sister, Judith Boyer. Dr. Reilly was a graduate of Cornell University, as well as the University of Michigan Dental School. He practiced dentistry for 30 years in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and during his career, he spent time as the team dentist for the Detroit Lions. He is survived by his adoring wife, Vicki Reilly, his beloved daughter Bonnie Reilly, brother, Philip (Ann) Reilly, and sisters, Joan Stanton and Rita Reilly. He was an excellent woodworker, avid outdoorsman, and car enthusiast. He will be remembered for his wit, charm, mischievous nature and sharp mind. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Regis Church in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan on Saturday, December 2nd at 12 pm. Memorials may be directed to National Parks Conservation Association. npca.org
