Obituary of Billy Derrell Crews

Billy Derrell Crews, age 79, of Cullowhee died Monday, February 12, 2018 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. Mr. Crews was born January 23, 1939 in Jacksonville, FL. He is the son of the late Addison Carlton and the late Julia (Waters) Crews. He served in the US Marine Corps for 28 years. He enjoyed carpentry, being outdoors and fixing things. He is survived by his wife of 37 years: Debra (Brubaker) Crews; a son, Steven Lashbrooks; a daughter Valerie Washko; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a brother.
