Nancy and family, so sorry for your loss. We rejoice for J.R. and his new home! Here are the words I posted on my FB... I met J.R. a few times, and at John Lloyd's birthday party, he gave me a copy of his book, The Seventh Dimension. Here are the last words of his book..."walk in the anointing, and abide in Christ, and no matter what the circumstances you will live in His peace." A wonderful servant of our Lord! He rejoices with Him now!

Ken and I were sad to hear of JR's passing. He was such a good Christian man and example to Will and many others. He was a perfectly chosen husband just for you, Nancy. May God's love envelop you, until you two see each other again. We pray peace and wonderful memories to you,Will, and all who loved him. J.R. now truly does "See the Lord high and lifted up!" I live near this small town of Sylva. Just reading this obit feels my heart with joy. This man must have been a REAL CHRISTIAN. This blesses my soul. Sorry for your physical loss but share in your joy of knowing where he is and that some day you will be reunited. Prayers.

My Dad was also on the USS Holland in Charleston SC and in Rota Spain. Then was transferd to the USS Simon Lake. He was a missle tech. I bet they both worked together. I wish I knew Mr Miller and that he was here in Sylva, which is where I am. Id liked to have spoke with him. Sorry for your loss. My Dad (step Dad) has also passed. My Brother and I were also in Rota . 1971 to 1975.
