Obituary of Stephen Daryle Large

Stephen Daryle Large, 70, of Sylva, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday June 20, 2018. Born in Maryville, TN. and raised in Tampa, Florida, Daryle and his wife have been residents of Jackson County since 2006. He is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Sylva First United Methodist Church where he helped with the Praise Band. He was preceded in death by his father; John "Whitey" Large. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Donna K. Large His Mother- Wilda Mae Large Sister- Angela Doughtie (John) Son-George Edward Large (Becca) of Tampa, Fla Daughter- Sheri Diane Large Grandchildren- Remington Large, Madelyn Garcia, Derick Large 2 Great Grandchildren also survive A Memorial Service will be held at Sylva First United Methodist Church and will be announced by Appalachian Funeral Services when the date becomes available
