Obituary of Bob Shook

Bob Shook, 75, of Cullowhee passed away on Monday, July 2nd, 2018. He was the husband of Diane Mills Shook and the son of the late Jim Thomas and Christine Shook. 

He was a member of Moses Creek Baptist Church in Cullowhee. He was retired from the maintenance department of T&S Hardwoods. Bob enjoyed coon hunting and dearly loved his family.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one daughter; Angela May Shook and one granddaughter; Emily Ann Shook.

Bob is survived by Diane Shook, his wife of 47 years and four children; Gina (Jr.) Brown, Kevin Elihue Shook, Jerry Lee (Bridgett) Shook and Anna Maria (Brett) Smith. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.

 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 7th at 2:00 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services   Chapel with Rev. Eddie Stillwell and Rev. Earl Holden officiating.  The family will receive friends on Friday, July 6th from six until eight pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hooper Cemetery in Caney Fork.
