Stan was such a joy to work with. His stories not just about the Korean war but his family, were always the highlights of our days in sapphire valley.
I know he loved his grandchildren very much and the last time I saw him just about 2 years ago he smiled from ear to ear when talking about his great granddaughter.
His stories will go on in my memory for the rest of my life.
