I was very saddened to read about Ken’s passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to all his friends he made throughout his lifetime. I consider myself a very lucky person to have gotten to meet Ken in 1989 and work with him for over 25 years in real estate. Ken was a caring person, trying to help others become land owners, often times offering financing himself for the people who couldn’t otherwise get financing. During his active real estate years, he sometimes kept extended relationships with the people he sold property to and would offer advice and suggestions of all kind to help and better their lives. That’s just a small part of what made Ken a special person. Through the years, I got to know Ken on a personal level. After meeting his Mother and his Uncle Robert, whom Ken adored and cared for while they were living, I fully understood where Ken’s selflessness and compassion came from. I will truly miss Ken and know that I am a better person having known him.
