Obituary of Charles William Ingram
Charles William Ingram, 85, of Cullowhee, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday morning, September 25, 2018. Born and raised in Cullowhee by the late Earl and Rose Watson, Charles was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Black Mountain Baptist Church. He was a heavy equipment operator who loved to hunt and his favorite pastime was fishing. He was a loving husband and father who will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years Martha Bumgarner Ingram
2 Sons- Charles W. (Denise) Ingram Jr. of Sanford, NC
James (Ann) Ingram of Rock Hill, SC
5 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren
Brother- Harold Ingram of Cullowhee
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday September 28 at Black Mountain Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Norris officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, September 27 from 6:00 till 8:00 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services. Burial will be in Cullowhee Baptist Church Cemetery.
