I often wondered how this beautiful woman fared after reading her blog and having contacted her when my friend Pam also had pancreatic cancer. Cherry was precious in God's sight and a blessing to me in my time of need. She did not hesitate to contact a perfect stranger to pray for and talk with. Prayers for her family and thanks to God that she is with Him in eternity with my friend Pam who survived only 6 months after her diagnosis.

My dearest friend Cherry Pie will forever be in my heart and thoughts
She will be an angel resting on my shoulder
I cherish all the memories we have together since we were in elementary school.
She was one of the sweetest, kindest ladies I have ever known.
I love you Cherry Pie

So sorry for your loss. I remember when you both use to come to Mountain Trace to play music and sing for us. What a sweet person glad I had the chance to know her.
