Obituary of Michael James Frady

Michael “Mike” James Frady, age 53, of Raleigh formally of Sylva  passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at Wake Medical Center of Raleigh, NC.  Michael was born April 19, 1966 and he is the son of Woodrow and Artie (Estes) Frady.  Mike served in the United States Army for four years and was also owner of Morrisville Heating and Air for over 10 years.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one sister Pamela Frady Bilbro (Richard) of Sylva, NC; one aunt Rachael Anne Woodard of Sylva, NC; two nieces Monika Woodard and Cheryl Rogers and one great niece Eden Rogers.

Mike was preceded in death by one sister Regina Woodard; maternal grandparents Oscar and Rhoda Estes and paternal grandparents Richard and Effie Frady

The funeral will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 2:00pm at Appalachian Funeral Services  with Rev. Eddie Stillwell, Pastor Austin Frady and Rev. Larry Nations officiating.  Burial will be in Old Savannah Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 1 from 12:00pm -2:00pm at Appalachian Funeral Services.
