Obituary of Mildred Mathews Messer

Mildred Mathews Messer, 80, passed away Thursday morning, July 5, 2012 at Autumn Care Nursing Facility in Waynesville. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Nell Childers Mathews. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Raymond Messer 2 Daughters- Earlene Keever of Sylva and Phyliss Chapman of Morganton, NC 1 Brother- Al Mathews of Ohio 1 Sister- Martha Justice of Clyde, NC 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren also survive Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Saturday July 7, 2012 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating. Burial will be in Parris Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:00 pm prior to the service at the Funeral Home. . .
