My sincerest sympathies at Dr. Morris's passing. He taught me an introductory anthropology class my first semester at WCU in the fall of 1988. I particulary remember his lectures about his work in India and how fascinating it was to me. He was a true gentleman, as well as a scholar, and I enjoyed his class and learned so much in it. I was so sorry to see in the alunni magazine that he had passed. I will remember his as one of my favorite and best professors. Sincerely, Marna Holland
