Obituary of Charles Bryson

Charles A. Bryson Charles Arthur Bryson, age 61, of 55 Blue Cedar Road, Sylva died Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Med West Harris of Sylva, NC. Mr. Bryson was born January 2, 1950 in Sylva, NC. He is the son of the late C.A. and Estella (West) Bryson. He married Vickie Brown. He was employed by as a Landscaper for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He enjoyed fishing. He was a Wings of Eagles Supporter and a member of East Sylva Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Vickie(Brown) Bryson ; his mother Estella (West) Bryson; two sons, Shannon and Michael Bryson, both of Sylva; two daughters, Kimberly Harris and Carina Franklin, both of Sylva, one brother, David Bryson, and eight grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Appalachian Funeral Services from 1:00 until 3:00 pm. The funeral will follow in the chapel at Appalachian at 3:00 pm, Rev. Roger Stewman will officiate. Burial will follow in Parris Cemetery, Sylva.
