Obituary of Esta Vanilla Radcliff

Esta Radcliff, age 87, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in Asheville, NC surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of James Radcliff and the daughter of the late Floyd and Elizabeth Payne. She was a member of the Fruit of the Labor Church in Fairview, NC. Esta dearly loved her family, working in her flowers and collecting baby dolls. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sons; Leonard Webster, Michael Webster and Teddy Webster, one grandson; Junior Messer and several brothers and sisters. Esta is survived by her husband of 50 years; James Radcliff and two daughters; Barbara (Ralph) Bruno and Blenda Webster. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, one brother; J.C. (Martha) Payne and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva, NC, with Pastor Willie Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the Bee Knob Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva, NC is serving the family.
