Obituary of Luis Gustavo Lozano

Luis Gustavo Lozano, age 65 of Cullowhee, passed away on Sunday October 4th. He was born May 7, 1955, in Habana, Cuba, to the late Luis Lozano Lozano and Adelaida Wright Lozano.

He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army and National Guard for 6 years who honorably served the country he loved.  Luis also loved his family, fishing, hunting, cooking, and traveling.

Luis is survived by his wife of 35 years, Olivia Mayoral Lozano. Also surviving are a daughter, Ruby Lawrence; a son, Danny (Carolina) Lozano; a daughter, Onyx Lozano; one brother, Willie Lozano (Jill, deceased) and three grandchildren; Jenesis, Mia, and Jack.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday evening, October 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services.
