Obituary of Candice Joy Stanley

Candice Joy Stanley, age 41 of Cashiers NC, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021.   She was born on March 20, 1979, in Sylva NC, to Charley and Marcia (Kinsey) Stanley.

Candice was a people person who loved to smile. She enjoyed her work as an optician.  Her passions included cooking, shopping, vacations, and especially spending time with her friends and family.

She will be dearly missed by her loving parents, and her Shih Tzu, Jezebel.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Josh Lee Stanley.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 8, 2021, from 1:00-2:00pm at Cashiers Church of God, Rt. 107, Cashiers NC.  Funeral Service at 2:00pm, with Reverends Robert Harrison and Marty Pressley, officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Bridge Cemetery, Canada Rd. Tuckasegee.
