Obituary of Cathy Ann Fortner

Cathy Ann Henry Fortner, 54, of Cullowhee, passed away Saturday December 15, 2012. Daughter of the late Franklin and Barbara Hoyle Henry, she was a former CNA at Mountain Trace Nursing Center. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother Keith Henry. She is survived by 2 Sisters- Debbie McCall and Tammy Hoyle both of Cullowhee 3 Nephews- Curtis Hoyle, Cody and Dillon McCall 1 Niece- Leslie Hoyle Lifelong Friend Billie Hensley A Private Memorial Service will be held by the family
