Obituary of Marcelle Heath

Marcelle “Marcy” Tritt Heath, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 18, 2021 at her home in Winter Haven, FL. A native of Cullowhee, NC, she was the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Fannie Morrow Tritt. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by four sisters, two brothers, and two husbands.

She leaves behind three children: Deveron (Ellen) Heath of Acworth, GA; Maleah (Randy) Freeman of Murfreesboro, TN; and Tyron (Stacy) Heath of Winter Haven, FL; five grandsons, one granddaughter, and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, at Promise Land Baptist Church, Cullowhee, with a graveside service following visitation to be held at Wike Cemetery, with Pastor Larry Bryson officiating.

Mrs. Heath joined Promise Land Baptist Church in 1987 and attended Oasis Church, during her time in Winter Haven, FL. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers
