Obituary of Donna Resha

Donna Resha age 65 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday June 15, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.  She was born October 16, 1955 in Cullowhee, NC, the daughter of Bessie Lou Presley Blanchard of Cullowhee and the late Leslie Blanchard.  Donna was employed for many years with the State of Tennessee.  She was an eligibility counselor with the Department of Human Services.  She is a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Bethleham.  She was devoted to her family and her grandchildren.  She is survived by her mother Bessie Blanchard of Cullowhee, NC; her sons Allen Resha of Clarksville; Wes Resha of Clarksville; and Sam Resha (Shelby) of Clarksville.  She is also survived by her sister Dana Wilkes of Cullowhee, NC.  Donna is blessed with three grandchildren, Owen Resha, Sunny Resha, and Juniper Resha. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister Regina Blanchard.    Funeral services will be conducted on Monday June 21, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Gateway Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Monday.  Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center  335 Franklin Street  Clarksville, TN  37040.  Phone 931-919-2600.  Online condolences may be made by going to www.gatewayfh.com
