Obituary of John Paul Davis

John Paul Davis, Jr., age 54, of Waynesville died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at home in Waynesville. Mr. Davis was born October 5, 1958 in Waynesville, NC. He is the son of the late John Paul Davis Sr. He was employed as a telephone contractor. He is survived by his mother, Bobbie Moody Davis of Waynesville; one brother Byron and wife Heather Davis of Clyde, NC; one sister Kathie Davis of Waynesville; three nephews Zachery, Jordan and Josh Davis; and one niece Emiley Davis. A private memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday January 9, 2013 in the chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services in Sylva with the Rev. Heath Davis officiating.
