Michael "Mike" Patrick Jones

Mike Jones, age 54, of Dillsboro, NC, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of David and Billie Jones. 
Mike was a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and was an avid collector of sports memorabilia. He was a graduate of Sylva-Webster High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from WCU. 
Mike was preceded in death by one sister; Stephanie Jones. 
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by one sister; Julie (Dwayne) Gentry, one nephew; Logan Gentry, and one niece; Hannah Gentry. 
Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Fairview Memorial Gardens. Rev. Cory Boone will officiate. Everyone attending the service is encouraged to wear masks and to practice social distancing.
