Obituary of Donald Lee Bridgman

Donald Lee Bridgman, age 83, of 14 Bridge Mill Road, Tuckasegee died Thursday, March 17, 2011 at home in Tuckasegee. Mr. Bridgman was born September 7, 1927 in Indianapolis, . He is the son of the late Otha Marvin and the late Emma Elizabeth (Wyciskalla) Bridgman. He was preceded in death by a daughter and a brother. He served in the US Marines. He retired from the US Sugar Company. He is survived by his wife: Lottie(Freeman) Bridgman; one son Scott Bridgman of Gettysburg, PA; one sister Betty Bashourn of Indianapolis, IN; 5 grand children, 2 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Appalachian Funeral Services was in charge of local arrangements.
