Obituary of Shirley Kathleen Oswald

Shirley Kathleen Oswald, 76, of Bryson City, passed away Saturday February 2, 2013. A native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Darwin and Anna Eichlin and had been a resident of Swain County the past 7 years. Shirley loved her family immensely as well as her cats and dogs. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her great granddaughter Alanna Wilkes and by her son-in-law, Richard Brady. She is survived by 1 Daughter- Kathy Brady of Whittier 2 Sons- Clarence Hawk and his wife Kathy of Pittsburgh, PA Chris Hawk of Bryson City 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren 3 Sisters- Jeanette, Margie and Betty, 3 Brothers- Harold, Darwin and Marvin As well as several nieces and nephews also surviving A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 am Wednesday February 6, in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev.
