Obituary of Arlie Sterling Elders

Arlie Sterling Elders, 68, of Florence SC, formerly of Sylva NC, passed away June 16th, 2013. Born in Brunswick, Georgia, but raised in Sylva, NC, he was the son of the late Sterling Elders and Alma Haskett. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and was a Vietnam Veteran. He loved to golf and had a passion for the Detroit Tigers and attending their spring training every year. Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by his grandson, Adrian Sean Elders He is survived by Daughter -Vicki Elders Littlewood of Decatur, Georgia Son- Alan Sterling Elders of Conway S.C. Grandson- Christian Alan Littlewood. A Military Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Barkers Creek Cemetery in Whittier . .
