Obituary of James Franks

James Franks, 67, of Sylva passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 at home in Sylva. A native of Jackson County he was the son of the late JD and Dolly Johnson Franks. He enjoyed “sang-digging”, fishing and hunting. Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by a sister- Lou Ellen Franks. He is survived by his daughter- Carolyne Franks 3 Grandchildren- Tiffany Franks, Lindsey Higdon and Billy Higdon 3 Aunts- Ellen Higdon, Charlotte Cope and Nellie Dillard Ex-wife- Vickie Scott Franks Downs Services will be private.
