Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Mrs. Edwards ALWAYS had that caring and sharing personality that made you feel like you were a part of her family. I first met Hazel as an incoming seventh grader at the old Webster School, in the same class which, her little Angel Wayne, was a part of. Several times over the following 2 years and beyond she shared her "Motherly Concerns" anytime she felt we had made poor choices. She was a real influence to many in that group. More recently, at one of the many retirement gatherings WCU held for Robert, I saw Hazel watching as someone was taking a picture of Roy, Robert and Wayne and her expression was one of contentment, great pride and true love for her husband and sons. That is the way I will remember Mrs. Edwards. Again, you are in our thoughts and prayers Edwards Family,,,,, Love, Dickie and Kim
