Obituary of Marvin Adrian Bumgarner

Marvin (Jr.) Bumgarner, 58, of Lake Toxaway, passed away Tuesday September 29, 2015. Born October 30, 1956, Marvin was the son of the late Marvin Sr. and Doris Fowler Bumgarner. He was a member of Cashiers Baptist Church. He loved to watch Nascar and collect Nascar memorabilia. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother Charles Douglas Bumgarner. He is survived by his wife of 18 years Joyce Blevins Bumgarner Daughter- Amy Galloway of Rosman 3 Step Children- Julianne Hall of Lenoir, Sabrina Moss of Cashiers and John Wise of Cashiers. Grandson- Austin and Granddaughter- Breann Brother- Mike Bumgarner (Myra) of Cashiers Sister- Brenda Jones (Dennis) of Hendersonville Several nieces and nephews also survive Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Monday October 5 at Cashiers Baptist Church with the Rev. Scotty Patrick officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the Service at the Church. Burial will follow in Evitt Cemetery. .
