Obituary of Phyllis Ann Fisher

Phyllis Ann Fisher, age 68, of Sylva died Saturday, October 10, 2015 at home. Phyllis was born September 5, 1947 in Haywood County, NC. She is the daughter of the late Fred and the late Edna Mae (Reece) Cagle. She married Carroll Fisher. She was employed as a House Keeper. Phyllis loved to bake, cook, and plant flowers and bushes. She also loved to do puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers; Eugene Cagle and Fred Cagle III. She is survived by her husband: Carroll Fisher; Two sons, Rick (Suzanne) McClure, and Ronnie (Jill) McClure; Two daughters, Regina (Brandon) Garland and Rhonda ( Brian) Mahoney, and a sister Delores (Bill) Rash. She is also survived by 4 grandsons, four granddaughters, four great grandsons, and 3 great granddaughters. The family will receive friends at Appalachian Funeral Home on Tuesday October 13th, 2015 at 6pm, with services being held in the chapel at 7pm. The Reverends Eddie Stillwell and Mike Farmer will be officiating. Appalachian Funeral Services has been entrusted with all arrangements.
