Obituary of Curtis Bradford Smith

Curtis Bradford Smith, age 38, of Sylva died Thursday, January 28, 2016 at home in Sylva. A life long resident of Jackson County, Mr. Smith was born June 24, 1977. He is the son of William Doug and Judy (Morgan) Smith. He was predeceased by his grandparents, J. D. and Virginia Morgan and R. D. and Hazel Smith. He most recently worked for Parker Paving. He is survived by his father William Doug and mother Judy (Morgan) Smith; his daughter, Kaitlyn Star Smith; two grandchildren, Kaiden and Creedence Bombay; a brother Brian Smith; an uncle Johnny Morgan and several nieces. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 3 at Appalachian Funeral Service with Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 3 two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. .
