Obituary of Bobby Gene Crisp

Bobby Gene Crisp, age 78, of Webster died Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Mountain View Manor of Bryson City, NC. Mr. Crisp was born March 22, 1937 in Beaufort County, NC. He is the son of the late Thomas Henry and the late Carrie Etta (Brown) Crisp. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a commercial fisherman. He loved the Lord, thought the Smoky Mountains the most beautiful place on earth, loved fried chicken, writing and playing Bingo at the Adult Day Care program. He is survived by his wife: Amy (Cullifer) Crisp of Washington, NC; two sisters, Anne Hoell of Otto and Arlene Crisp of Greenville, NC; Joey (Francie) Hoell, a nephew in Webster, with whom he made his life for the past seven years; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. . .
