I have just learned of Dr. Cosper leaving God's world and entering God's kingdom via a quarterly WCU publication. I cut out her photo and the memorial text and placed this under the glass on my office table. As a multi business owner and investor, I've met some very intelligent people.
Dr. Cosper was one of the most intelligent people I will ever remember. However, in my life experience she was one of the most influential people I will ever remember. I had no idea a simple elective class in Nutrition and Dietetics would change my life substantially. Due to Dr. Cosper being Dr. Cosper, I deliberately selected courses instructed by the great professor. I send best wishes and comfort to her family and friends.

I had the great fortune of meeting Dr. Cosper in 1988 at WCU. She was a pleasant and uplifting teacher. I remember her well.
May She Rest in Peace.
