Dear Danny and Family:
It had been too long since I last spoke with Ted from Alaska. I tried calling and go no one. I just found out today 11/27/11 of his passing. I am so thankful for the time he and I got to spend together on my last trip down from Alaska, last November, and for the opportunity to tell Ted that I loved him in Christ our Lord. He was the best man that I got to know in the few years that I lived in North Carolina. Many had accolades, but he was genuine and had character. I know that he loved the Lord and I look forward to seeing him again when I cross over the River Jordan. May God richly bless You and Your Family during this time of sorrow. I know Ted will be greatly missed. If there is anything I can do for You please let me Know. I would like to do something.
Love in Christ, Always, Teds Friend.

Danny, You and your family have our deepest sympathy. When your dad was a child my husband James and his brothers Paul, Harold and Rodney Lee all played with your dad. My husband and I spent a lot of cherished memories with your grandmother and grandfather, Jerdie and Bill. James mother, Beulah, was Jerdie's sister. We loved getting together with them and they are truly missed. God bless you and your family. James & Karen Lee for the Lee family.

Your family is in our prayers. Ted went to our church, Holly Springs in Bryson City for a few years and let me tell that I have never met a man as sweet and genuine as Ted. He would talk to my boys about fishing...and compare the toyota trucks...haha...we will miss Ted but know that we will see him again in heaven...God Bless all of you!
